• ashtanga SECOND SERIES! Ashtangis, if you have a REGULAR Primary Series practice and would like to explore the invigorating Second Series, join us at 5:30 p.m. the third Thursday of each month (replacing Primary class on those days). Second Series highlights include deep backbending and hip-opening sequences. You must have a regular Primary Series practice and permission from Kim, Kathi or Sharon to attend. Ask at the studio, via email or call 937.321.7676.
• All PRENATAL STUDENTS must now pre-register for 6-week sessions ($75). The Friday-morning class is open for registration. Drop-ins will be accepted on a space-available basis ($15). Please call 937.321.7676.
• attention BEGINNERS: The Ashtanga and Vinyasa methods we teach are as challenging as they are rewarding. If you are new to yoga or have minimal experience under the guidance of a Registered Yoga Teacher, we recommend you start with Ashtanga New Beginners or Beginners Vinyasa. Your safety is important to us, and you will get the most benefit by starting in the right class. Please remember, every body is different, and there is a practice for every body!
